Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Currently, we only ship within the USA. We provide free standard shipping with tracking on all orders over $70. Please note that free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, where a flat shipping fee will apply to all orders.

What are your shipping and processing times?
For standard USA shipping, your order typically arrives within 2-5 business days. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 business hours from our distribution centers. However, during peak periods, such as holidays or high-volume sales, shipping may be delayed. We always do our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

In certain areas, we also offer expedited 2-Day or 3-Day delivery for an additional fee. Please check the product page and checkout options to see if these services are available for your location.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case. If you haven’t received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@modld.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can you ship an order as a gift?
Our packages are suitable for gifting, as we do not include invoices in the packaging. You will receive an email receipt with all your order details. However, we currently do not offer gift wrapping or gift card services.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday Shipments
While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, please be aware that during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we may experience a surge in order volume, potentially causing shipping delays of up to 72 business hours.
