Returns Process

  • If you encounter an issue with your model, please contact us at hello@modld.com as soon as your item arrives. Immediate communication allows us to confirm any faults that have not occurred due to usage. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product to report any potential issues. We will provide you with a return label so we can inspect the item and assess the issue before confirming a replacement or refund. If your model arrives damaged, please provide photographic evidence so we can assist you in arranging a replacement.
  • As long as your MODLD product is returned with all original parts and packaging in unused condition, we will issue a replacement or refund once we have received and checked the item. You can return models even if the box has been opened, provided all parts and packaging are intact and undamaged.
  • If you return items for reasons other than defects or incorrect delivery, the product must be returned unused and in fully saleable condition. This means all parts and packaging must be intact and returned without any damage. Please avoid affixing any stickers or writing directly on the original packaging. We will not be able to issue a refund or exchange if the product or packaging is returned in unsaleable condition.
  • You will need to arrange for the return shipment of the items to us. Be sure to obtain a Proof of Postage when returning goods and keep this as evidence in case the return parcel does not reach us. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will make every effort to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • If your model arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. In cases where the damaged product needs to be returned, MODLD will cover and arrange the postage.
  • Returned items must show no signs of use, as this would prevent us from reselling the product unless it is faulty. If we determine that the product has been used, we will not be able to issue a refund.
  • For a refund due to a defect or faulty item, we will process the refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are returned within 14 days of your delivery or cancellation notification. If you cancel an order but do not return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, we reserve the right to withhold any refund.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased from third-party sellers.
  • If you took advantage of a promotion (such as receiving a discounted or free item) and wish to return one or more items, we will first refund the items with the lowest purchase price (free items first, then discounted items, followed by full-price items). For example, if you bought two items and received a third for free, returning two items without any defect will only qualify for a refund of one item, as the third was free.
